Structure of Workshop

❋ Mindfulness and Meditation

Guided opening meditation and mindfulness practices to support you in letting go of the stress of the day and decompress so that you can be more fully present with yourself and your voice.

Singing explorations designed for building somatic experience through resonant singing strategies as well as nervous system regulation. You’ll be guided in how to access more breath support, vibrancy and ease in your singing.

❋ Sound

Learn a series of beautiful songs as a group in call (including songs from artists such as Beautiful Chorus, and Coco Love Alcorn ) and response style (no sight reading skills necessary). Songs will be sung in unison and two part harmony. Discover the joy of singing with others minus any judgment — just the chance to learn, express and enjoy your voice.

❋ Song
❋ Integrate

Closing guided reflection and mindfulness practices to give you space to carry any learnings about yourself or your voice forward into your week.

  • "What I love most about Christina's teaching style is that she doesn’t just focus on technique — she guides you to be fully present in your body and connected to your breath and emotions. It’s a holistic and empowering approach that’s helped me not only improve vocally, but also connect with myself on a much deeper level."

  • There is an unusual, brilliant feeling when you find yourself in front of a great teacher, and Christina is one of them. She is with you the whole way. Her energy, support, and passion are palpable. She let me be myself and find the love of singing I had buried quite deep inside of me. Such a gift. Share the joy.
